Adult Classes
No Commitment. No Pressure. Just Show Up. All of our adult classes are walk-in only—no monthly enrollment, no long-term commitment. Just $7 per session at the door. Come when you can, skip when you need to. If you make it twice a month, awesome. If you’re here twice a week, even better.
Pick the class—or classes—that work for your schedule and your life. Our adult sessions are all about getting a solid workout, having some fun, and connecting with a community of ‘grown-ups’ who just get it. It’s a chill, judgment-free zone where flips, fails, high-fives, and laughs are all part of the experience.
Adulting is hard enough—let’s take off some of the pressure. Come move, laugh, sweat, and build strength (and friendships) while you’re at it.
Offbeat Om: Adult Yoga Remix (Ages 18+)
Forget the quiet chanting and pan flutes—Offbeat Om is yoga with a vibe. This adult-only class blends deep stretching, balance, and breathwork with a fun, music-driven atmosphere designed to help you unwind without the usual zen clichés.
We’ll center ourselves, release tension, and reconnect—just with a playlist that ranges from lo-fi and indie to hip hop and throwbacks. Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned stretcher, this class welcomes all levels and all moods.
No kids, no pressure, no rules—just movement, music, and a whole lot of feel-good energy. Come stretch it out and tune into your kind of flow.
Open Strength: Adult Gymnastics Sessions (Ages 18+)
Grown-ups need recess too. Open Strength is your excuse to flip, stretch, sweat, and laugh your way through a workout that doesn’t feel like one. Whether you're here to cartwheel like your 10-year-old self, master a handstand, or just hang out on the trampoline while pretending it's cardio—we're here for it.
There’s a coach around if you want help leveling up your skills, but if you’d rather freestyle your own workout (or just vibe and stretch), that’s cool too. We blast a killer playlist, serve up some light snacks, and keep the vibes high and the pressure low.
Come for the flips, stay for the fun. This is your weekly reminder that adulting can take a backseat—for at least an hour.
