Royal Rec Queens (Intermediate Gymnastics) School Age

The throne is calling—in our Royal Rec Queens class, our rising gymnasts sharpen their skills and start to rule the gym floor. This intermediate-level class is for athletes who’ve mastered the basics and are ready to level up their flips, form, and focus. We turn up the challenge with stronger tumbling, cleaner skills, and bigger goals on vault, bars, beam, and floor. Think back walkovers, round-off connections, higher casts, and sharper choreography—all coached in our bold, high-energy gym space.
