At King City Gymnastics Academy, we are proud to offer a USAG-sanctioned competitive gymnastics program for both girls and boys that supports athletes at every level of interest and commitment. Our boys competitive team trains under the USAG Developmental Program, focusing on high-quality skill development across all six men’s events. This program fosters strength, discipline, and precision—qualities that benefit athletes both inside and outside the gym. Our girls program includes both the Xcel Program and the Developmental Program (DP)—two distinct competitive paths that allow athletes to grow in an environment that matches their individual goals and lifestyles.
